Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed with Dongguan Rickson Technology Co., Ltd. (东莞市瑞克森科技有限公司) through this website, by email or via WhatsApp. Terms confirmed in a specific quotation prevail over the general terms below.

1. Prices

All listed prices are in USD, per meter, EXW Dongguan, China (Incoterms 2020), excluding freight.
Freight is quoted separately based on destination, weight and courier (DHL / UPS / FedEx).
Bulk and custom-order pricing is quoted individually.

2. Minimum Order

No hard MOQ for stock sizes — orders from 1 meter are accepted.
Tiered pricing applies from 10 meters; see the Wholesale section of this website.

3. Payment

Payment by T/T bank transfer. Exact payment terms (deposit / balance) are confirmed with each quotation.
Goods are dispatched after payment is received.

4. Production & Lead Time

Stock items: dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment.
Custom parts (cutting, tapping, custom wrapping, custom OD / wall): lead time confirmed against drawing before order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Risk

Goods ship worldwide via DHL / UPS / FedEx, in compliance with applicable export control and sanctions laws. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier (EXW).
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
A commercial invoice is provided with every shipment.

6. Quality & Warranty

Products are manufactured to the specifications published on this website; typical material properties are provided for reference and confirmed by batch test reports.
Claims for defects (dimension out of tolerance, structural damage, wrong specification) must be raised within 14 days of receipt with photos of the products and packaging.
Confirmed defective goods will be replaced or refunded. Carbon fiber products damaged by improper use, overloading, machining after delivery or incorrect assembly are not covered.

7. Samples

Sample orders are welcome; sample cost is deductible from a subsequent bulk order of the same product line.

8. Returns

Stock items in original, uncut condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt; return freight is borne by the buyer unless the error was ours.
Custom-cut and custom-machined parts are non-returnable unless defective.

9. Export Control & Sanctions Compliance

All orders are subject to applicable export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations, including those of the People's Republic of China and of the destination country.
The buyer confirms that the products are ordered for lawful civilian end use and will not be used, directly or indirectly, for military end use, weapons of mass destruction-related end use, or re-export to embargoed or sanctioned destinations.
We reserve the right to decline, hold or cancel any order, and to refuse shipment, where the transaction would violate applicable export control or sanctions laws.
